Holli R. Edie started HRE Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009 understanding the need to help create shareholder value for an organization through unparalleled attention to detail and relationships.
Holli is responsible for the day to day operations at HRE Real Estate Services, Inc. She has an excellent reputation, high level of credibility, and long-standing, high-value relationships with owners, brokers, regional, local tenants and most major industry players in retail real estate. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate working as Director of Leasing and Property Management for Sofran Group, New South Properties, Candler Development, and Griffith & Associates, having leased over 1,250,000 square feet of retail space and managed simultaneously 2,000,000 square feet, Holli brings the experience necessary for success.
Holli has leased many known properties in Georgia such as Eisenhower Crossing, Acworth Crossing, Hiram Square, Lilburn Market Center, Highland Station, Willow Lake Crossing, Houston Mall, North Columbus Crossing, Memorial Bend, The Plaza on Ponce, Global Forum, Stilesboro Crossing, The Village at Mirror Lake, and Burnt Hickory Village.
Holli has a degree in Psychology, is a licensed Broker in the State of Georgia and member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Atlanta Commercial Board.

As President and Founder of Modus Real Estate, with over 12 years of experience, Greta specializes in landlord and tenant representation and investment sales and leasing. She brings an extensive amount of knowledge of local restaurant and national franchise clients. She takes a strategic approach in analyzing the competitive marketplace, canvassing local markets and negotiating deals for her clients. Greta has been successful in all phases of the development process including design and space layout, sourcing the best tenant mix, marketing and lease negotiations. Prior to founding the company, Greta worked with a regional brokerage and development firm.
As a result of Greta’s comprehensive experience, she served as Vice President of Atlanta Airport Concessions where she was responsible for restaurant concepts and design for Concourses A, B, C and E.
